I'm Audrey and I'll be your instructor. Whether you’re here for team building activities, improve flexibility and mobility for your group/ organization, or simply need a moment to unwind and connect with your body, you’re in the right place.

In our time together, we’ll explore a variety of exercises designed to engage your core and promote overall body awareness. My aim is to create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable and empowered, regardless of your experience level. Remember, Pilates is about quality over quantity—so we’ll focus on our movements, alignment, and breath.
