Welcome to our beginner-friendly Pilates class! I’m delighted to have you here today. Pilates is an excellent way to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall well-being. In this class, we’ll focus on the fundamental movements and principles of Pilates, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and confident, regardless of your fitness level.
Throughout the session, I'll guide you through various exercises at a gentle pace, emphasizing proper alignment and breathing techniques. Don’t worry if you’re new to Pilates; we’ll break down each movement to make it easy to follow. Feel free to ask questions at any time.
